Not sure if their standards have improved, but their lattes were diluted and was lacking in every way. They had a poor system to deal with crowds, and the service was poor as well. The only redeeming quality was the 3D latte art, although I believe they don't accept requests for specific characters unless the cafe is empty. Nevertheless, I guess that is enough to keep people interested in traveling all the way to Changi Village just to try it for themselves. The prices of the lattes were very reasonable as well. Not sure if the prices have increased though.
